合作四年的客户让我们停止给他们竞争对手供货

Sam 老师您好,我们有两个客户 A 和 B,两家客户都是 14 年联系,与 A 在 15 年年底开始合作,16 年 7 月份 A 来我们公司,当时谈了两种新产品,谈到包装时 A 把 B 的网站上的包装图片给了我们看,而且当时 A 一直在浏览 B 的网页,我们觉得 A 如此重视 B,于是加大了开发 B 的力度,在 16 年底开始了与 B 的合作。

去年 B 开始怀疑我们跟 A 合作,但是他们没明确问,我们也没给出明确的答复,前几天 A 直接问我们有没有给 B 供货,我们回复 Yes, A 没回邮件,过了几天后我问 A 今年会不会来参加一个行业展会,然后 A 给出了以下邮件:

No I think we will come up for the sports product conference you mentioned before.
Thanks for filling me in the other day on B. I do realise that you sell products to companies under their own branding. However these guys are our arch enemy, and it may cause us some issues developing products with you in future.

B have only entered our market 5 years ago, and they copy everything we do. Everything. I can send you copies of correspondence from a number of our Australian suppliers who have entered legal proceedings against them because of their behaviour.

My concern is that if we transfer our current C business across to you and take on more of your products they will then simply get the same product.
